Eddi R. returned my call today. She said that she discussed the letter with Dr. K even though a copy wasn’t in Carrie’s chart. Her interpretation is that the letter is not to be used as a tool to restrict visitation with Stewart. She said that Dr. K even said that Carrie’s health had improved quite a bit and the letter may need to be rescinded.
