Stewart went to the Samaritan Behavioral Health Unit. Mom brought him to Lexington. They took a wrong turn and kinda got lost. Stewart was being extremely verbally abusive to Mom. It upset me to hear him speak to her so harshly, but I was powerless being on the other end of the phone. They finally found the hospital with my help. Stewart was admitted. mom stopped to see me after she left the hospital.

There is some potential good news in our lives. A hearing has been scheduled for Carmen's contempt of court proceeding. December 17, 2004 at 2:00PM. Bruce said he would only contact her lawyer after he finds out that she has been served. I can only hope that she won't avoid being served or try to have the hearing changed. I hate all the uncertainty involved in this mess. Carmen is beyond anything I ever thought our family would have to deal with. The only thing we know for sure is that shewill try almost anything to keep us away from Carrie.

  • Flat refusal
  • Pretending not to be home
  • Medical problems (falsified)
  • Restraining order

We have no word on what's going on with the contempt hearing for Carmen. I called Bruce H's office and scheduled a telephone conference with Bruce for tomorrow at 1:15 PM.

Mom called me this evening to say that Stewart is trying to get into the Harrodsburg treatment center. If he gets in, he won't be able to join the phone call tomorrow. Hopefully Bruce will talk to me without Stewart. He has before. i'm going to request that he have the subpoena delivered via the Sheriff. The certified mail option has produced no results.
